Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
- Once services or registrations are confirmed through Profemotion.com, cancellations are not typically permitted, but in the initial 3 months you can claim 100% refunds if not interested.
- If you made a transaction in error or need to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us immediately at deven2123@gmail.com.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction to be considered.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only in cases where:
- You are not satisfied after using the database services in the first 3 months
- There was a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment.
- Services or benefits promised were not delivered.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees paid for event registrations, consultation services, special programs, and membership access are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Customized services, special discounts, or promotional packages are also non-refundable.
